Dr. Michael G. Moore, the owner of the practice, comes from a long lineage of dentists. Years before he decided on a career, his maternal grandfather and father were well-respected dentists in the community. Observing their commitment to a conservative approach, Dr. Michael Moore watched his father and grandfather carefully treat their patients as they would their own family.
When Dr. Michael Moore decided to continue in the family profession, he knew he would make the same commitment to excellence. After dental school, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residence in the United States Air Force. After finishing his residency, he served an additional two years before joining his father, Dr. Monte Moore, in practice. Dr. Michael says, "I was exposed to a great deal of intense training and techniques in the Air Force that others coming straight out of dental school didn't have the opportunity to learn." Dr. Michael Moore took great pride in joining his father in the practice because he had vast knowledge and experience and communicated well with each other. They enjoyed working on cases together and discussing how best to treat their patients.
Dr. Michael Moore has been in practice for over 30 years now. His father, Dr. Monte Moore, has since passed away and his son, Dr. Andrew Moore, has become the newest dentist in the family, practicing with Dr. Michael three days a week. He, too, went to UT Austin for undergrad and UT Dental Branch in Houston for his dental degree. Dr. Michael's sister, Lisa, has been a long-time hygienist in the practice!
Our dentists and team of amazing hygienists and assistants provide a range of services from preventive care to full mouth rehabilitation and restoration. Dr. Moore is very in tune with getting a natural result, saying, "The idea is not to place stark-white crowns, but to make the patients/ teeth look as natural as possible in both color, size, and shape." We work with the most elite group of lab technicians to meet the high aesthetic and functional standards on the current market.
Eighteen years ago, we moved into our current building from our Pineloch office. Our team holds hundreds of hours of continuing education and is always striving to learn new techniques. We take a conscientious approach and pay special attention to detail. MEET DR. MICHAEL G. MOORE
Dr. Moore earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas in Houston, Dental Branch. Dr. Moore was accepted and completed an Advanced Education In General Dentistry Residency in the United States Air Force for a year. He then served 2 more years and was awarded the Air Force Achievement medal. Dr. Moore has completed extensive continuing education in all aspects of dentistry with emphasis on cosmetic and implant dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association and the Greater Houston Dental Society. Dr. Moore is a lifetime member of the University of Texas Exes.

MEET DR. ANDREW G. MOORE Dr. Andrew Moore attended the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology. He then went on to attend the University of Texas School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Moore was inspired to study dentistry by his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, who were all dentists while he was growing up. He loved going into the office to watch them practice dentistry and fell in love with the intimate patient interactions and medicine that dentistry offered. Dr. Moore enjoys the variety and novelty of practicing dentistry and looks forward to providing his patients with quality care, enthusiasm, and efforts. When not providing dental care to the members of his community, Dr. Moore enjoys modeling and acting, golfing, playing basketball, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and learning more about dentistry through reading and "hands on" courses.
